4th Annual STEAM Expo
Toro Families and Community Members,
Are you a scientist, tech enthusiast, engineer, artist, or mathematician? Do you have a passion you'd love to share with the children of Rota Elementary School? We are on the lookout for enthusiastic presenters like you to showcase a unique S.T.E.A.M. activity at our upcoming 4th annual event on Wednesday, May 1st, from 5:00-7:00 pm.
The STEAM Expo Family Night is all about fun and learning – no judgement, just pure enjoyment! Some of our previous presenters wowed the crowd with activities such as:
- Dive into a bubble-blowing bonanza where kids decide on the perfect solution.
- Test your skills at building a balanced scale.
- Sink or float? Challenge yourself to build a foil boat that can hold the most pennies.
- Get creative with a Magnatile competition – who can construct the tallest structure using geometric shapes?
- Dive into the world of colorful SLIME making.
- Race to the finish line with your very own Air Powered Race Car, and so much more!
